Problem regarding shutdown

I have D865perl motherboard and intel pentium 4 2Ghz and i have updated by BIOS,after updating BIOS whenever i click on "Shut down" in Windows XP and Vista,after shutting down Windows ,PC restart instead of poweroff.

hmm.... ACPI settings in the BIOS perhaps?

I have found ACPI option in BIOS ,what i do?
