Question Problem summarizing a document using AI ?

We have a 25 page legal document which we want to summarize using an AI software. We seem to be running into problems. Can you direct us how to do it?

a legal document is not something I would give to an AI

And the summarization process (AI or otherwise) is a matter that should be addressed by a lawyer.
