problem to clone sata hdd to sata sshd

The destination disk is disabled. What steps should I run previously?
Am I forgetting to do something?

That's a little vague. What tool are you using to clone the data? Is "The destination disk is disabled" the exact message and, if not, can you show a picture? Is the drive that you want to clone to seen under Windows, or at least in the BIOS?
