problem while installing nfs most wanted pc game

While installing and rebuildin nfs most wanted pc game, the administrator windows says "installed have fun playing - kaoskrew" and the cursor below it is blinking from half an hour. Is this means that the game is installed or should i wait more or am i having installation problem here.
