I dual booted Linux with Windows 10 and decided I don't like Linux. I was googling how to remove it safely without deleting Windows and it blue screened and went to a screen as shown in the screenshot below. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Edit: I didn't delete anything I was literally just googling how to.

It's quite easy: just format where Linux has been installed. First.
Second, ridding of grub. This depends on what kind of disc partitioning your PC has, in short, if it use the mbr or uefi.
In the first case, you have to overwrite the mbr, from Windows.
In the second case, you should delete the grub entry from the EFI partitions. I don't know if the procedure in the tutorial let user to delete the entry from the uefi list.
The command should be bcdedit /enum firmware to list the entries.
Then the command bcdedit delete {identifier} should delete the entry from uefi.
