Problem with 2 x 4GB RAMS from different manufacturer

I have 2 x 4GB sticks both at 1600 MHz and whenever I try to run them together it starts sometimes and I get a RAM related BSOD or it won't start and the red D_ram light blinks red.

I tried putting on one RAM at a time on alternating sockets and individually it functions with ease but when I put them together they don
't seem to work. I tried putting them in yellow slots and Black slots too and still the problem persists.

Any idea what's happening?

One is Corsair DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11) and another one which is out atm is ADATA. AD3U1600W4g11-b

They don't work together because have different latency: 11-11-11-30 for the Corsair one and 9-9-9-24 for the A-Data one. You'll need RAM with identical speeds and latency, having identical sticks would be the best.

Try at 1600 11-11-11-30, and set the DRAM voltage to 1.56
