Have had this problem for a while now, i have tried everything to try and sort it. I have 16gb of ram as 2 sticks, when I put them in individually in any of the four slots they work with no issues. But as soon as I put in the second one I get windows error (Blue screen) with MEMORY_MANAGMENT error and a few others, the computer will restart multiple times it will kick in and work.

Have tried updating everything I can think of, drivers etc.

Any ideas ?

PC Specs:
GTX 1080, Core I5 7600k, corsair vengence 8gb x2 Ram, Asus prime motherboard.

Solution
More load on the memory controller stresses it more, and not stable is not stable. If the default SPD or XMP settings are not stable, then you will have to bump up the voltage or slow the timings.

If this is not acceptable to you, the sticks have a lifetime warranty to the original owner so you should contact the manufacturer.
