Problem with 404 code

Hello,
My system was off line for about three weeks.
Now when I try to sign on to Google I receive a 404 NOT FOUND error message.
Also, cannot accsess any adult web sites.
Problems could be related ?

404 is typically a blocked access you should try rebooting your computer and flushing dns

if that doesn't help contact your ISP
