Bios is just a fancy word for "motherboard settings". You can press a key at startup (usually del or one of the function keys) to access these bios settings.

Once in the bios screen, explore the options to find usb settings. Try setting it to auto or equivalent.

Alternatively try updating the bios. You will find the update on the manufacturer website.

Also try changing the ports your mouse and keyboard are plugged into.

Try using the old keyboard (im assuming the razer keyboard needs more power that perhaps the usb port is not supplying) and see if the problem is solved.

It just happens right after I log in to my PC. It works for a couple of mins and then goes. I recently got the Razer BlackWidow Chroma keyboard. But It's not that. Its my USB I think.

Does the problem happen if you are using a different keyboard?

I would also check USB settings in your BIOS and maybe update the BIOS firmware too.

How do I do that? :/
