problem with audio port

hello .
I have bought a razer adaro stereo . when i plug it in case audio port everything is ok and i have no problems . but when i plug it in to the motherboard audio port , winamp gives me this error :
" Error Creating DirectSound Buffer .
Error code : 88780096 "

and Klite just mutes the audio and stops . whats the problem ?

Is your onboard/soundcard set as the default playback device?

Maybe your audio isn't able to run with the motherboard? The type of cable or possibly the brand, maybe try plugging it into a graphics card IF you have one.
