problem with computer laptop

LAPTOP DON'T START UP FIRST TIME.I HAVE TO TAKE 3 TEMPS TO MAKE IT START.I HAVE NO VIRUS OR MALWARE. ANY HELP THANKS GUYS

Can you tell us which laptop it is (make and model)?

If the laptop has a removable battery, take it out, pull the plug (the charger), press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, then connect the battery and charger and see whether the laptop has the same problem still.

That's about all I have so far without having more specifics on the laptop or the problem.

As the laptop boots press f2 to enter bios press f5 to load optimized defaults then f10 to save and exit. Give it a go.
