[SOLVED] Problem with core clock boost

sorry for my english, I am using translator.

I have a problem with my CPU clock speed. Doesn't want to go higher than 2ghz (stock)

Power plan, update/reinstal bios, ryzen control, ryzentest etc not fix my problem

Acer nitro AN515-42
ryzen 5 2500u with vega gpu
rx560x
1x8gb ram

on yt i watch 3,2 ghz clock on game , but my cpu bottleneck this gpu lol

What BIOS version are you currently on for your laptop? If you have a number of versions to reach to the latest, gradually work your way to the latest, as opposed to jumping to the latest version. What version of Windows 10 are you currently on? You might need to reinstall your OS after fabricating the bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

Hi, my problem is solved. I wrote to technical support. They sent me another bios that turned on amd boost performance core. Thank you for your response.
