Question Problem with CPU AIO Cooler

Hello!

Maybe someone can help me with this issue.
My CPU went to 100C few days ago after working fine for a year. I chalked it up to the cooler being busted, so I got a new one, and after half a day the same thing started to happen.

I started looking in the bios and found that the pump is not always on and gets weird spikes (see pictures)

Anyone got some insight? Is my motherboard busted?

This does not help and the pump still turns off after a while randomly 😭. Just minding my business doing some work or playing a game while CPU runs around 50C, and just all of a sudden goes to 100C and everything gets throttled, so I turn it off asap. It doesn't just happen under heavy load, it also happens in idle or just sitting in the bios.

The second picture was also in DC mode, just not on 100%. Tried it on 100% after your message and it still happens.

This setup worked fine for an entire year since I built it in July 2023. This pump malfunction started this week.
