[SOLVED] Problem with cursor movement across multiple displays

I'm running Windows 10 on a Dell 7820 with a Dell 2713H monitor as my main display and a Wacom Cintiq 21UX as my secondary display. The Cintiq is situated physically to the left of the 2713H. I would like to be able to move the cursor left across the 2713H to the Cintiq. If I go into Windows display setting, it doesn't matter whether I drag the #2 display (the Cintiq) to the left or to the right of the #1 display (the 2713H). In either case, the only way I can move the cursor is to the right, across the 2713H, entering on the left on the Cintiq. Regardless of how the two displays are situated in relation to one another, I can not move the cursor to the left across the 2713H on to the Cintiq. Is there a way to fix this?

It is a sign of lagging, or maybe your system doesn't have enough space. or maybe mouse pointer is not working.
