Question Problem with display, dithering, banding or what? Driver problem or monitor? Benq Ew3270U

Hello, I ask you for help. I'm Italian so sorry for my bad English. I've got a problem, but I can't give a name to it. I have a loto of color banding in some situation, but not always, and I saw that especially with dark images everything become strange and pixelated. I have done some photos for you so the problem can be more easy to understand. I have the last windows update 20H2, everything up to date, latest Nvidia driver, monitor driver and so on, latest bios ecc... And my components are:
Ryzen 5 3600
Nvidia GTX 1080 Asus Strix A8G
Monitor Benq EW3270U with HDR enabled and I checked that I have 10 bit, and full color coverage enabled
Connected with DisplayPort 1.4
I use Nvidia Game Ready Driver and I tried the registry hack for dithering, but no luck... Can anyone help me?

I don't have the receipt, in Italy warranty isn't valid anymore if you lose the receipt

if its still visible, reduce gama, increase brightness (slightly)
try moving contrast left right where it gets better

just dont go too much overboard, little here, little there


just to make sure, try to move your head around your monitor, just to make sure its not view angle issue

I tried that, but nothing seems to help... I tried to decrease gamma and increase brightness while moving contrast a bit, but it's always the same mess :c you think that with a clean install I could achieve something?

I bought it online, but the seller didn't give me the receipt as it was a gift from his work, I paid with PayPal so I tested it for two weeks and it had no problem at all, and I haven't asked for refund, now it gave this problem without explanation... Should I send a ticket to Benq explaining the situation?

could be some monitor settings, try tune some dynamic stuffs
Eye Care > Bright Intelligence > OFF (Eye Care > B.I.+ >OFF)
Picture -> AMA -> here try all 3 modes
Picture Advanced -> Picture Mode -> Game (to turn off some monitor picture processing)
Picture Advanced -> Dynamic Contrast -> try 0-5 which gets better
Picture Advanced -> HDMI RGB PC Range -> auto detect

Tried all these and:

• Eye Care on or off same results
• Ama Off to premium same thing (I read that I should see differences in motion scene but I can't notice honestly)
• Picture mode isn't accessible when I Use HDR, the only modes I can use when HDR is active are "HDR" and "Cinema HDR". I disabled HDR to try all the pictures mode, the problem is present in every one of them, but it's perhaps invisible in Rec.709 (I have to say that it's extremely dark, so maybe the problem is there but I can't see it clearly as it's dark as hell). In dark horse I can still see some banding but, again, as it's very dark it's less noticeable.
• Dynamic Contrast isn't available when I Use HDR, and even when I use rec.709 isn't available, but when I put on standard I can use it. Unluckly, the dynamic contrast doesn't change a thing...
• HDMI PC Range isn't available as I'm using DisplayPort, so it's greyed

So for what I tested now Rec.709 it's by far the best, but still not perfect, while sRGB is A NIGHTMARE, it's like a thousand times worse than the other photos I did. I cleaned the pc, I installed a fresh new windows version, same problem :c
