Question Problem with displayport to hdmi

So i have a AOC tv for a monitor, my PC only has a displayport and so i have a cable and an adapter to convert the signal for hdmi port on the tvmonitor, if i turn the tv before the pc (regardless of the cable or adapter i am ussing) it works fine but if i turn the pc first it shows no signal, i've tried different displayport and hdmi ports on both tvmonitor and computer. How can i solve this issue?

this is normal behavior on TVs
TV should get picked up inside windows if you turn it later than PC
