Problem with driver "This operating system is not supported"

When i am trying to install a new driver to my pc (Intel core driver) it pops this: This operating system is not supported

Which specific Intel CPU and chipset is this for? What OS are you running?

With no other info. I'd say the problem is that the OS is not supported.

if it windows 10, it usually required the latest update.
