Problem with driver..

Hey guys!
I have problem with installing driver of my GPU..
When I start to install after like 5 seconds i will get a "NVIDIA installer failed"..
Any ideas?

(I tried this but I get "Access denied" while installing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RUGkAjJerQ)

(I have Windows 8.1-64 Bit,i5-4670,GTX 760,8 Gb and MSI h87 g-34 gaming motherboar)

Sorry for bad english Im from czech republic our forums are for totally shit.

Wait I uninstall my driver and then install it normally=didnt work
Do you mean to uninstall driver and then install it from device manager?
 
Any setting in BIOS you might have messed with?

Perhaps set to PEG?

Disable ON-Board Video?

It is just not being detected at all.

The fan is spinning?

Unplug it, replug it. Reboot.
 
I don't think this is a Windows 8.1 problem. Have you booted into safe mode then uninstall video drivers then rebooted. While in safe mode you could also use driver sweeper or such to totally remove old drivers then reboot. Update chipset drivers . Look for BIOS update that may have some fix?
