Question Problem with drivers -- I've got no WiFi and the touchpad doesn't work ?

So I’ve recently installed Windows on a laptop and for some reason I’ve got no drivers, no WiFi nothing, I’ve downloaded the WiFi adapter driver and all the other drivers from the manufacturers site and installed them but they don’t seem to work at all. Got no touchpad, no WiFi, anyone dealt with something like this?

You might want to mention the make and model of your laptop and perhaps it's SKU. Outside of that all you've stated is the issue and we might be at it forever if you're trying to install the wrong drivers, sourced from the wrong location.
