I have upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista (64) and had loaded my old Windows Mail. I have no problems with sending and receiving email or with transferring photos from my Canon IXUS120 to ZoomBrowser yet when I go into ZoomBrowser and attempt to send a photo by email ZoomBrowser states I need to associate an email program. When I go into Default Programs my Windows Mail is not listed as an option.

I would appreciate any assistance is being able to associate Windows Mail. I do not want to consider other email systems.

Thanks

Martin

When you go through that Default Programs menu to seelct a default program to launch something, one of the options is to select it manually. Just point it to that Program Files folder and there should be an .exe file there to start tthe program. Maybe called mail.exe or something similar. You may need to turn on "show extentions for known file types" in options of Windows Explorer (open My Computer, hit Alt T, alt O without letting go of alt, then View, and uncheck the option to hide exentions for known file types). Otherwise it may hide the .exe part and it will be confusing as to what file...

Plus a lot of viruses try to hide the extention name like this and name it cutepic.jpg.exe, windows hides the .exe, you see the .jpg and think it's a picture where it's actually a program that is a virus.
