Problem with epson1800

switching on 1800 green light shows.then immediately goes out and the top two reds flash alternately. the top light is the paper feeder light and the lower
one ink levels. can anyone out there solve the problem? I sure would appreciate it!

what you want to do is to get a software to reset your printer counter.
