Hi
I just got this case from eBay and I'm having problems fitting the PSU. There appears to be a piece missing. The case is a Cyberpower the only info on it is a number "AL309803". Should it come with some kind of PSU retention plate? Here are some pics of my issue.

And this is the case.

Yes, you can see from your pic there is supposed to be a grilled plate that holds the PSU in place.
Thank you for your speedy sleuth work.
no problem. IIRC you shouldn't run into any problems as long as you have it at least screwed to the Case on either side. if you have an old case laying around you could see if its back mounting plate can be removed and fitted to your case. if not just do what you can until you find a way to get a mounting bracket for it.

Which way is the fan on your PSU? You could get away with attaching the two screws that are lines up straight together to one side. this will still give you a ground connection to your Case from the PSU

Yes, that seems possible but I'm building this system to sell so I don't really want to just bodge things to make them work. The eBay seller didn't mention this and other small parts where missing, so if he doesn't have them to send to me, then the whole thing will be going back.

Agreed, you paid for a complete product. you should not be stuck with having to Make a frakenrig. I would just send it back and let the seller know that there are parts missing.
