Question Problem with Focusrite Clarett+ 4Pre ?

Hi, I'm trying to connect my EP-133 K.O.II to FL Studio 24. I connected the Ko 2 with a 3.5 mm to 6.35 mm audio cable to my external audio interface, a Focusrite Clarett+ 4Pre. I have adjusted all the settings within my DAW, and a signal is recognized in the mixer, but no sound comes out of my speakers. I have also tried updating the Focusrite software (Focusrite Control) to the latest version, but still nothing. Then, I tried changing the audio interface and reconnected everything with my previous audio interface, which is the Presonus AudioBox USB96. I updated its software, adjusted all the settings in FL Studio, and when pressing play on the Ko2, everything works. How can I fix the problem with my Focusrite Clarett+ 4Pre (which is less than a year old)?

This is new connection correct? Not something that was working and stopped working.

Wondering about that audio cable.

There may be some mismatch in the audio pins and ports being connected between audio devices.

TS, TRS, TRRS.

Tip, Ring, Sleeve.

I managed to contact Focusrite and partly solved the problem, but now when I press play on the sampler, the audio comes out of the speakers, but I immediately noticed that some sounds are modified, The stereo sounds are fine, even too loud, while the mono sounds are almost imperceptible. What could be the problem?
