Problem with GA-7N400-L

I have a problem with my motherboard. Every time when I insert a TV tuner (avermedia Capture 98 - it working fine on my old computer) the computer doesn`t start. Monitor doesn`t show anythink, no "beep" at start, no hdd led light. The computer isn`t overclocking, the tuner is good. I check on all PCI slot and the problem is the same. The PCI slots are working and on one of them working LAN card.

Procesor Barton2800+, 512Ram ddr TwinMos,Radeon 9600, Power 350W,one disk and cd.

Sounds like a bad card to me. Does it still work in the old computer? Try it in another one and see what happens.

The tuner is good. It work on my old comp(C400MHz,128MB,geforce2mx).

I think I am far off, but you could have a problem with your psu. I would also suggest you update the BIOS.

I have the newest -- F11 (2004/8/2).
