[SOLVED] Problem with game graphics

Not long ago i installed Forza Horizon 4, but it was cracked, after a Windows update the game couldnt run so my friend gave me his xbox acc and i installed the game on Windows. I put all the settings on max and my game looked bad. It didnt look bad before, when it was cracked. I hooked up my PC to a 4K TV and game looked amazing. On my 1080p monitor, the game looks like its on low settings. The trees, grass look bad, the rendering is terible. I also have the same problem on Call Of Duty Warzone. I did put on Nvidia control panel DSR-Factors to 4x so i can get 4K but still, 1080p shouldnt look bad.
My specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1080Ti
16GB 3200mhz DDR4

Are you runing he game at 4k on a 1080 screen? This may be caused by the need to down-sample the video. Try running the game resolution at 1080
