problem with gpu

Hello. Yesterday i turned on my pc and it was running normaly for about 20 minutes. After that 20 minutes it starts lagging and games are almost completely unplayable. When i open msi afterburner i see that gpu usage is 99 after that 20 minutes when idle. If i want my pc to run normaly when it starts lagging, i reinstall gpu driver and the lag disappears. After reinstalling driver pc can run normaly like usual. Problem occurs again after i turn pc on. I had problems with gpu once when cooling system stopped due to dust. My specs AMD Athlon II x4 640
GTX 650 OC MSi 1gb DDR5
4gb DDR3 Ram
Win 7 64bit

Download Malwarebytes and install. Run it to update it. Then boot to safe mode then run the program and scan your PC.
