Hello, I need help with my GPU

when I turn my PC on ( using gpu as graphics ), it POSTs with the beep pattern 4-2-3-3 and my PC does not turn on. When I tried to switch to my cpu, it turned on with no problems.
What do you think is the problem and how do you think I can solve it? Need help ASAP, Thanks!!

ps. I already tried;
-swapping ram sticks
-reseating everything
-clearing CMOS
-Swapping out PSU

What I haven't tried yet
swapping out GPU ( since I dont have any spare ones)

I also tried updating my GPU's drivers but I can't because the PC does not turn on if it's power is plugged (also POSTs with 4-2-3-3 pattern)

I am using
NEC motherboard ms9666 ver.012
CPU: intel core i3 540
GPU: AMD radeon hd 7850
SSD: walram 120gb

other components are working and seems to have no issues at all

ADD: I only put my PC to sleep for about 30 mins to 1 hour. When I returned, this happened

Even a lowly EVGA BR, would be vastly superior, to either of those PSU's. I have had poor quality PSU's kill hardware before. I would not be surprised if that is why your GPU is dead. Have you tried removing the card, and connecting to your IGP, via the motherboard?

yes. I have already stated it on the post that my pc works well with the IGPU but not with the GPU plugged in. I have researched the causes of the problem and it narrows down to the system having problem with booting because of a conflict with GPU and IGPU. But I cant fix it because my motherboard does not have the settings for it. I bought a new motherboard and CPU aso imma test my gpu with that to know if the motherboard or gpu is the problem

edit: I am quite sure that even tho my PSUs are bad, they are not the problem here because they have both worked properly before the problem happened. And I even had 2 extra fans plugged on them before so I'm pretty sure its not a power consumption problem

I suggest taking your pc to a good repair shop. There they can test your gpu on another pc, to see if it would still work or not.

you're treading on dangerous ground trying to do tests on your own. You could lose everything with those bad psu.

I totally agree. You'll never get anywhere with troubleshooting as long as you insist on using cheap, low-quality PSU units.

Said PSU most likely killed your graphics card to begin with. Low quality units have terrible voltage regulation, and can kill hardware, while the PSU is still operational. This has 0 to do with power consumption.

thanks for your answers and advice, I had lots of other problems before and everyone said it's the PSU. Not this time. Just bought new CPU and Motherboard and now everything works.
