Problem with graphic card

Hello,

Suddenly my laptop trow me lines on the screen, not one or two but a lot of them, it look like its washed out and lacking resolution, like iff every odd pixel line is off.

Could it be the LCD? or i am unlucky and its the video ram?

seems like your integrated graphics went kapoot! but what model / brand of laptop you have? so i can provide more accurate information.

its a toshiba satellite l305 s6912R.

I have conected an external monitor to it and it show up good on the external and with the lines on the laptops LCD. see here. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xw2zce6hxu4v4h5/2013-02-27%2020.32.44.JPG

Could it be only the LCD? Im assuming that if it is the video card it would show bad also in the external monitor, a im right?
