problem with GT430 and PCI sound blaster audio card

whenever i plugged sound card on PCI slot my system hang for a while my motherboard DH55HC processor Intl 530, my system can't load both things in one time GT 430+PCI Sound Blaster (audio card) please help

Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Which slots are you populating on your motherboard? Are you on Windows XP as the section of this thread? If not it might need to be moved.
