problem with install windows on laptop

i try to install windows 7 on my laptop i create bootable windows 7 setup and boot from my usb drive when i got setup is starting screen the setup stuck at this screen for long screen i remove the usb and try to start the setup from my pc all thing go smooth and successful
does anyone know how to solve this problem
my laptop hp 250 g3
i5 4210u
4gb ram
500 gb hdd
hd 4400 integrated gpu

can you be more specific, what screen? i know windows 8 and 10 have a "factory reset" option in the settings tab but im not so sure if windows 7 has the same (amusing thats what you already have installed)

after very long time screen whas gone and installation continue but when the install reach completing installation stuck after so long time give me error and when i clicked ok go back to start install screen i restart laptop and windows 7 dont appear only my previous windows 10 (corrupted ) and give me this new error massege when start the pc
