Problem with Lenovo B50-30

Hi, I have a friend's Lenovo B50-30 laptop.

The problem is that the disk is formatted and i cannot find a way to install any OS
In windows 7 it goes to loading files and then freezes in the windows logo.
In windows 8 it stays in the blue logo for a while and then restart over and over.

I've tried with legacy first, legacy boot, and all the BIOS stuff and it won't work.
I've tried running Mini Windows xp from HCBD and it goes blue screen.
I've tested for bad sectors and it says it's ok.
What can I do?

how many sticks of ram is in the laptop because if 2 sticks then pull 1 out to see if windows will install or not ? if won't install with that stick then try the other stick by itself.
