Question Problem with Libre Office Portable ?

Dear All,

Many thanks for anybody replying to this post.

I am having a problem installing the portable version of Libre Office. I have used it on my USB.

However, I now download it from portableapps.com, then install it to my USB.

When I then click on the main application, it does nothing at all. In the past, clicking the main application would start the program. Anybody have any suggestions, please?

Btw - have you tried to start the application directly - navigate to the folder where the ...portable.exe executables are located ?

Yes, am single clicking first, but then double-clicking, too. Both times the suite does not start. I thought this might be a known problem at this time. I have downloaded the app from portableapps.com, and then install it to my USB. Sounds right to me, but perhaps am doing something else wrong,

Hey there,

Did you install the software to the drive? Or just place the installer there? I'm downloading it now, and will install to drive, and see if I have the same issue.

I installed the software to my own USB drive, from www.portableapps.com. This is a portable version of the software, no need to install the full app. Just that when I do that, the app installs on my USB drive, but I cannot get it to start,
