Question Problem with M.2 SSD after NVIDIA driver update ?

Hi i m very newbie with PC.I have AMD Ryzen 3600 6 core,16 Mb memory,NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 super.1 mmonth ago after download diablo 4,i received a message that my driver graphic was old to download new drivers.Diablo 4 had problem so i closed process and i lauched NVDIA driver.I installed new drivers,during installation pc blocked not a blue screen,but something like,pc rebooted after reboot it don t reconize M.2 SSD anymore.

On this pc i have only a corsair mp510 as unique harddisk.So pc don t worked anymore.Under bios i don t see m2 anymore.My friend told me to upgrade bions,i tryed but i don t see m2.So i took an old ssd by my old pc and installed windows.Now pc go with old ssd and windows 10 pro,but i can t find the m2 again,i already tryed to phisically take off the corsair and fit again.Any advice? Sorry for english and remember that i m terrible newbie.Thanks

You think my old m2 is k.o? Becouse before that update it works also i now i remember that was a little problem for example,when i turn on my pc and i try to watch m2 he need like 5 min to charge.I mean pc turn on very quickly but if i try to check inside "hardisk" my m2 for example for click inside a directory the pc blocks and wait for a charge after a couple of minute i saw the files inside,the folder etc.

It's just a coincidence, it died during driver update.
It could have been windows update, virus scan, search indexing or any other i/o intensive process.
