Question Problem with Microsoft Outlook data transfer ?

I need to move my Outlook 2010 data from old laptop to new laptop. My PST file is 8.6 GB which is creating issues with normal transfer using Export and Import functions in Outlook. When I try to export it, it creates files with errors.

I am thinking about buying PST mover or Remo Outlook back and Migrate software to make this move. Before I sink some money into these options, any one have experience with these? Will it work on such a large file?

If you will have full-blown Outlook on your new laptop, you don't need any exports and imports - just copy the PST file to your new laptop, and open it in Outlook.
Make it "Default" folder. I'd recommend re-entering your accounts from scratch.
I have a PST file which started 20+ years ago, moving along versions, without problems.
