Question Problem with monitor pixels only in videos

Hello i bought Lenovo legion r25i-30 monitor and i liked this monitor its really so good in gaming and normal usage but not with watching youtube videos and films i have problem with pixels the image and screen quality looks great but there some parts i dont know if its only the dark parts the pixels showing squares like you can see in the video i but the video quality on 1080p and 1440p but same problem nothing changes i tried to change contrast and other things in the monitor settings but videos still bad
Here is the video its exactly like what i see when i watch videos or films and like i said the problem is not on the whole video or film just some parts of the screen showing squares and its too bad to the eyes also i tried to change the cable and tried it on another device but same problem

Thank you for replying i did not download it i watch youtube and films on google chrome browser i had another monitor but i did not have any issues like this in the new monitor and like i said i tried another device another browser tried DP and HDMI cables tried to change monitor settings always same problem
Image quality and video quality look good the problem its just with some pixels in some parts of the screen looks like in the dark parts and no problems in normal usage or gaming its just with videos
Do you think the problem from the monitor itself ?

No like i said i tested the monitor on another websites and diffrent browsers and device too on 1080p quality not only on youtube but same problem
