problem with my gtx 1060 6gb

so my gtx 1060 6gb goes up to 70 degrees my fan speed is at 40 where should i put it at?

70c is fine , the thermal limit is around 94c-96c.

Fan should be kicking in at 62c.

my fan speed is automatic at 40 and stays at 40 but if i wanna stream the degrees will go higher then 70 degrees right? so this guy told me set it at 60% the fan speed is it a smart option?

Just let the fans do their things automatically.

Keep it on Auto , shouldn't need to change it.

My graphics card never even hits 50C when gaming. It's always around 40-47. I do have the fans running at all times though using msi afterburner.
