Question Problem with my new new monitor at 360hz on Windows ?

Monitor model: Samsung OLED G6

I recently acquired a new generation G6 360hz OLED monitor. I'm using it with a 4080 Super and a
Ryzen 7800X3D. I use the DP cable that came with the monitor, directly to the GPU. I have noticed a strange bug, and that is that when I have Windows in 360Hz (the monitor's frequency), the following problem occurs.

I attach a video. When I lower the hz to 120 in Windows, it disappears. It's very strange. Does anyone know what it could be?

firmware of the monitor and gpu drivers up to date?

not quite sure what I can see on the video, do you mean the quick flicker while changing the picture?
might be a windows themes bug
