Problem with my NEW RIG

I have brought a new MOBO and a New Processor

Intel Core i7 4820k
Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 (Rev 1.1)
8 GB RAM Corsair Vengeance
Power Supply 850 watts
GPU : Asus Nvidia Geforce 650ti Boost (2GB DDR5)

When i assembled this ......and started my system....It continuously "booting looping"
No display Just "restarting" for every 5 secs

Do u guys have any idea wat the Problem is?
I even replaced my Motherboard

Do you have 1x 8GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM or 2x 4GB of that...

This is your memory support list of your motherboard... Try placing your RAM stick in a different slot...

One solution I got is this -

You have to connect the TWO 12v ATX connectors from the PSU to the socket on the mobo, connecting the 24 pin main mobo power connector is not enough!

Page 23 of the motherboard manual (english) says "if the 12v power connector is not connected, the computer will not start"

Worked for me, hope it helps anyone else reading this. I cannot believe I dod not connect them!

If you have not connected the 12V connector then your PC wont start even after 10x times...
The connection slot is just above the processor slot ....

i had a similar issue when my CPU stopped working. Try reinstalling your memories in different slots as deadlyghost said, it works sometimes. Its very difficult to tell what component is faulty in this case.

If the problem still exists then, remove all the cables of PSU connected to ALL components... Then one by one connect PSU cables to ALL components .. Can you post your RAM's product number [eg. Corsair Vengeance 4 GB (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) ]

If you have a spare RAM then try to place that on motherboard...and see if it works or not...
When you turn on your PC do you see the boot screen (motherboard info) from where you can get to bios... If yes then go to bios and check every small settings...Make sure your RAM Frequency are set to AUTO....

Umm... This RAM should not have a problem as the max voltage is 1.5V and that is required by the Motherboard... Have you tried the solutions I posted above? Replacing with other RAM, replacing PSU, reconnecting wires... ??

Did you tried replacing your RAM with another one? I think this should do the thing...
If not then did you tried replacing your PSU with another one?

[EDIT] Are you sure you have rev 1.1 ?? Because rev 1.0 does not support i7 4xxx series until bios is updated... Find out which rev. motherboard you have...

Can you be fast and press the bios key to enter bios... I agree that it restarts every 5 secs but try to be very fast and press the bios key until the bios open...

If this does not work then I think the problem is with your motherboard...
