Question Problem with my old laptop

Hello! So a few days ago my laptop started thermal throttling a LOT when playing videogames.
I've done everything, reapplied thermal paste, cleaning the guts, lifting the laptop, updating the BIOS, but it looks like that doesn't work.
I have an Asus x555lj, but this problem is pretty new.
Any thing can I do? Aslo, should I make some holes under the laptop for more airflow?

Nothing, what's more, just formatted the device and erased everything a few weeks ago.
