Question Problem with new parts

Hey, i just changed Motherboard, SSD and CPU today.

New specs are:
Asus z390
I7 9700k
Asus 1060 3GB
Corsair 16GB RAM
550 W be quiet PSU
Samsung 970 EVO plus and a standard 1TB HDD

When i first installed everything and booted i just got no signal, tried with 1 RAM in a different slot and it worked, both RAMs worked but not together.

Haven't fixed it because I'm not sure what is causing the problem. Now to another problem when everything was running on 1 ram. I put a standard Ethernet cable in and I didn't get any internet connection, just says no cable attached.

The 2 lights on the Ethernet socket was a bright green and blinking orange, from what i could understand from the manual i should have internet. Tried resetting the router but it didnt work. Do i need to do something? Any drivers i need to install or something? I copied everything from the last SSD in the computer with Samsung Data Migration program from their website.

Did you do a new OS instal or try to use an existing install? Reusing an existing install would be the most likely culprit.

Used an existing install, will try with a new. Any ideas with the RAM problem?

It worked with new install and new drivers for the Motherboard, now just see if the 2 ram works rogether
