Problem with newly added RAM

At first i bought 2 sticks of 4GB RAM and now, a couple of months later i bought another two to get 16GB. It seems that I got what I wanted, but the XMP profile doesn't seem to load on the new sticks, as they run at different frequencies and voltages.

Yes, all 4 sticks are the same model (G.Skill F3-17000CL9D-4GBXM) , and XMP has been loaded in BIOS.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Yep, you are fine, the slight discrepancy is no big deal, you could check for a BIOS upgrade that might align the data rate close, but it's nothing that will affect performance (keep in mind it's DDR (DOUBLE data rate) so data rate is 2 x freq of 1064.2 (2128.4)

What about the latency? You sure it won't slow the other sticks down or something?
I also tried changing the memory voltage in BIOS from auto to 1.650 but CPU-Z still showed the same thing.
Also, I want to point out that if CPU-Z on the 3rd screenshot shows the sticks in the order they are connected, something went pretty wrong. The old sticks were inserted into slots 2 & 4, not 3 & 4 like it appears to be.
