Question Problem with PC after adding an SSD!

I’m having a problem after adding an NVMe SSD. With power supply on, the motherboard rgb and USB ports are always working, but one [when?] I try to power on it turns on for a second with cpu and dram red led on POST status checker for one second, then after that, pressing the power button does nothing unless I turn off power supply then turn it back on, in which case it restarts the same process. I also tried without the ssd afterwards and still doesn’t work ?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Use the applicable motherboard manual to verify that all connections are correct.

Verify that those connections are fully and firmly in place. Likewise for cards, RAM, and jumpers.

You may simply have bumped something loose during the SSD install.
