problem with pc

i have a problem where i play any game i get 60 fps and it stutters and frames drop left and right does anyone have a solution. i've been trying to play games such as Anthem, apex legends,overwatch and escape from tarkov. i have a for a build

-gtx 1060 3gb
-intel i5 8500 3ghz
-msi z370 a pro mother board
-16gb of ram

if anyone could help it would be appreciated.

what resolution and graphic settings are you playing at?
you shouldn't be pushing anything higher than 1080p at medium settings on average (can go up or down depending on game)

Also, make sure windows power plan settings are set to high performance mode.

I play at 1920x1080 and I play on all low settings and I do have it set to high performance I thought it was a vram issue I’m just not sure the stuttering is just annoying

are you using V-Sync or a frame limiter or both?

Yes I turn v-sync off and my frame limiter to 60 FPS
