Question Problem with Phanteks Led strips

So I have a problem with my Phanteks led strips. I have a Gamdias Talos M1 case and I have connect my led strips to the rgb header and I'm getting nothing. Does not even pop up in MSI Mystic light. Are they only compatible with phanteks cases?

And next time maybe be a bit more specific as to f.ex. what strips. What connectors etc.
People like to help in here, but not if the first 6 replies is a Q&A on what the issue is and what components are involved.
