Problem with POSTing

So, it all started a couple weeks ago when I got back from traveling for Christmas and my computer wouldn't start. I figured it was either the motherboard or PSU and ordered both. When I installed the PSU and new motherboard it started up, but I got no video. So, after some fiddling, I deduced that 3 out of 4 of my RAM cards were bad. I only figured this out by getting frustrated and using my old motherboard to test the RAM. I like the setup of my new motherboard, and plan on keeping it. However, every time I try to start the computer with the new motherboard and the one working RAM, it won't display anything through HDMI. I have tried just about every combination of setups possible, but I am now stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
