After that I shut down the computer and turn it on, it already direct me to bios with same problem. My spec for this computer is i7 3770k, gtx760, 750w cooler master, b75m-a mother board. can someone help me what really the problem is? Thanks

Solution
Sounds like the PSU has gone bad. Depending on where you bought it (country) and the model it could have a 1-5 year warranty. Check the Cooler Master site for your specific info. Send it back for replacement. The PSU is the most likely cause of the issue. However if the voltage regulating elements on the MB have failed then that could be the cause also. This is rare but happens. If you have a spare PSU or can borrow one swap it out, if not send it back or replace it as a first step to solving the issue.
