Specs:

Ryzen 73700x
asus tuf x570
super flower leadex 750w bronze

My pc had been running fine since I built it about 5 months ago. About two weeks ago I upgraded my cpu cooler from the wraith prism to a master cooler ma610p . All was good until yesterday ,it started not powering up fully and also not fully waking up from sleep. It will try to as the fans will start to spin and rgb starts to turn on and then it craps out. It will eventually power up after many tries of turning power switch off and on from the psu and trying again. I know there’s power to motherboard though as my gpu rgb is on.

Thanks I will try that today after work. Rest of specs : asus rog strix 5600xt, 16 gb Corsair vengeance 3200 ram, cooler master ma610p, WD blue 1 tb m.2 nvme

What might have changed since yesterday when all was well?
Perhaps a windows update?

Power issues can often be traced to the psu.
Are all of the leads fully inserted.
Perhaps one came loose during the cooler exchange.

Try sleep to ram(no hibernate)
Unless you need to preserve ram contents, this is a faster option .
