Problem with PSU?

So I recently got both a gtx 970 and a H110i and when one of them is plugged in my computer runs fine but when I connect them both the computer just starts up but I won't get a screen on my display it's just all black, is my PSU too bad or might it be something else causing this problem? I am currently using a
Fractal Design Integra M 750W 80+ Bronze, Gefore gtx 970 windforce, i5 4670k, 16gb ram ,asrock pro3 z87 motherboard, H110i cooler.

Quick answer: A "480W" Logisys, being a PSU-shaped object, cannot handle your components.

More useful: Please provide your complete system specs, including the brand and model (not just wattage) of your PSU.

Ah...specs added. That PSU should easily be enough. Make sure all connectors are well-seated, and that you did not leave something off, like the CPU power connector.

The Integra M series were made by FSP. Not the most popular OEM but it is usually decent - the Integra M is tier-2b on the list, so 750W should be vastly sufficient.

According to http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page530.htm the Integra-M is made by ATNG. Not a top supplier, but it is a lot larger than needed and is 80+ bronze, so it should be good for its label.
I'd check / recheck all connections.
