Problem with RAM G. Skill Ripjaws DDR3 4x2Gb 1 module not posting

Hi everyone,

I just build my computer and I need help. One of my ram modules is not working, but the rest of them work, same as the ram modules of the mobo. Everytime I put the stick on my mobo, the dram red LED shows up, and the computer doesn´t posts. Any thoughts on how to solve this?

Specs of my PC:

i5 2500k with cooler master hyper 212 evo
G. Skill Ripjaws ddr3 4x2 gb
Asus p8z77-m mobo
MSI GTX 970
EVGA 600w 80+ psu

If anyone knows how to solve this problem, please tell me!!

make sure the mb has the newest bios to rule out a bios bug. if the other stick by itself wont post in any slot. then contact the ram vendor and rma the kit.
