[SOLVED] Problem with RAM speed

I had bought my PC in august last year, everything was brand new, so my PC has problem with its RAM. I need to put my RAM speed from its native 2400mHz to 2133mHz, to load windows. Everytime I put it on Auto or set it to 2400mHz it freezes on loading windows. And when its on 2133mHz it works normally.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 3 2200G

Asus Prime A320M-K

ADATA 2x4GB DDR4-2400

ADATA SU650 240gb SSD

500w MS PSU

Radeon R7 260x GPU

I would run the free version of MEMTEST to test the memory. It should get through many runs with no errors if it is okay, I usually do at least 3 full runs.

If the memory passes, try doing the setting manually again and make sure to get all the timings correct for that model.

I was changing only ram speed to 2133 i think when i set it to 2400 that i need to set timings also

I always use memtest86, much more comprehensive and reliable.
